Bring a towel, suitable clothes for the weather for getting changed into afterwards, sunscreen, and water. We recommend you arrive with swimwear on (for under your wetsuit) as it makes it easier to get changed.

Changing robes or changing towels are great for offering some more privacy while getting changed. Please note that there are no changing facilities.

You are welcome to wear your own wetsuit, or we can provide the wetsuit, boots, gloves and hoods for your lesson inclusive of your ticket cost.

NB. If we feel your own wetsuit is not suitable for our colder North Sea environment, the Instructor may ask you to wear one provided by SurfABLE.

You don’t need to log in to book and can simply book as a guest.

Most definitely! We welcome carers and parents to assist within our assisted group lessons at no additional charge. Just let us know at time of booking.

For most of sessions our minimum stipulation is age 5 , there is no upper age limit, and we’re still on a quest to find our first centenarian to join us!

‍If a anyone on the booking needs to cancel once it has been confirmed, we will refund the following amounts depending on the amount of notice given.

• 1 week or more – 100% refund
• Less than 1 week – 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours – No refund

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day of the cancellation.

‍Cancelation by us due to unforeseen circumstances

We schedule our lessons around reliable weather & wave forecasts, however conditions can change very quickly. The safety of our surfers’ is of high priority and we will only run lessons in safe conditions. If we find conditions are not suitable for the day, we will try to contact you in advance. In the rare event that we have to cancel a lesson due weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will:

‍• Offer you an alternative activity if conditions allow, i.e., paddle boarding instead of surfing on flat days.
• Rearrange for another day.
• Give a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day of the cancellation.

Did you know you also transfer you ticket? Tickets can be managed and transferred to a future event to the same value up to 2 hours before your booked event – free of charge via Bookwhen. This can only be applied once per booking.
